The platform dedicated to companies is a real virtual media planner that allows to know the availability and concludes orders with dealerships in real time. It uses the maps and visibility data of the advertising systems.

Solution:

Development of a chatbot platform and an algorithm that allows, after a series of questions asked to the user, to select and present a list of wines that best meets the requirements set by the user (event, type of wine, budget, style of wine, region of origin of the wine, etc.)

Associated to Chatbot was developed a cloud-based SPA (Single Page Application) administrator dashboard for the insertion of wines and subsequent training of the algorithm and monitoring of chatbot activity.
